      Hi Ben
      The simple answer is stop and take a step back.
      The secret is time and money to solve problems, some just take more time and money that others. The solution is rarely the first idea for solving the problem, but if keep working it out by isolating as many variables each time you can work towards a solution. Experience helps at times, but so does a fresh set of eyes to look at the problem. Keeping a cool head stops you making rash decisions.
