      Hi Isabella!

Hmm, if I had to pick one thing, I’d say being inquisitive. It really helps if you are curious and enjoy investigating, learning and trying to make things better.

      Hi Isabella 🙂

I’d say the most important characteristic would be someone who’s a problem solver. As Engineers we identify problems and come up with solutions of how to solve them. I think after that I’d say someone has to be a great communicator – there’s no point being able to come up with solutions if you can’t work as part of a team or present and discuss your ideas with others 🙂

There’s three really good answers already – I’d agree with all of those.
I think a willingness to work hard is probably quite important too.
